Manager - Financial Planning Mexico

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as finance partner to commercial areas — influencing strategic decisions through insight, not just reporting.
• Deliver executive presentations to Mexico Lead Team, CFO, and GM with clear financial storytelling; highlight risks, opportunities, and propose solutions.
• Simplify complex financial data into clear narratives for senior leaders.
• Combine FP&A expertise with proactive, value-driven business partnership.
• Manage and develop a team of 1–2 people.
• Financial planning – Own the full OPEX cycle — budget, forecast, closing — and deliver variance analysis with actionable recommendations.
• Lead short‑ and long‑term financial projection processes aligned to aspirational business objectives.
