Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Overview

FP&A Manager – Expense will lead the financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the Services business. They monitor and manage the expenses, prepare and analyze financial reports, and drive the strategy and business process improvement by using financial tools and models. They also support the finance business partners globally and regionally with data analysis and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Leads the expense forecasting and budgeting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the business goals and objectives
• Leads the development of financial models and reporting solutions by leveraging automation and data-driven approaches, utilizing tools such as Power Automate, Alteryx, Power BI, and other analytical platforms to streamline data collection, forecasting, model maintenance, and management reporting while establishing consistent frameworks and methodologies for global and regional finance business partners
