This experienced leader will bring strong financial modeling and critical thinking skills, demonstrate effective communication through regular business partnership, and lead a team focused on returns, inbound integrity, and shrink. The successful candidate is a confident people leader who develops talent, drives accountability, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where ambiguity is the norm and the stakes are high.
*This role is Hybrid – downtown Seattle, WA and does require you to be in office 4 days per week
