Job Description

  • Manage the company's overall finance and accounting functions, ensuring accurate bookkeeping and timely financial reporting.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
  • Monitor receivables, payables, working capital, and treasury operations to maintain healthy cash flow.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, audits, and other regulatory filings.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, bankers, consultants, and government authorities on finance-related matters.
  • Analyze business performance, profitability, inventory valuation, and operational costs, providing recommendations to management.
