The Field Support Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience by providing advanced technical support to dealers and end-users of the PTx product line. This role will collaborate with R&D in assisting with new product launches. This role will also lead dealer training, assist at trade shows, and create PTx publications. This role will coordinate with Product Support to make field visits when required.
Your Impact:
Technical Support & Service: Handle grower and dealer support calls during office and after-hours, respond to online ticket inquiries, and provide on-site service when remote assistance is insufficient.
