Job Description
- Lead and manage daily factory operations to meet output, quality, and delivery requirements.
- Oversee production planning, manpower allocation, workflow management, and resource utilisation.
- Monitor plant performance, operational efficiency, downtime, and key production indicators.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, QA/QC, Store/Yard, Logistics, and Planning teams to resolve operational issues.
- Ensure machinery, equipment, and facilities are well maintained to support safe and reliable operations.
- Review production, maintenance, quality, and safety reports to support decision‑making.
- Lead and guide supervisors, executives, and operational teams in achieving factory goals.
- Enforce discipline, work procedures, and compliance with company policies across the factory floor.
