Position Overview

As an integral member of the Management Team, the Manager of Administration is actively involved in day-to-day administrative operational decision-making for the Access Centres/Community Areas and Programs. The manager promotes a common vision and provides support and leadership to administrative staff and team members through the ongoing integration and change process. The manager is responsible to develop effective communication processes and management of workload levels within the administrative team. This position provides support, expertise and leadership in a wide range of management activities including operational and business planning, budget preparation, disaster management and human resource management for the administrative component of the community programs.
