Job Summary:

The Manager of Facilities Maintenance provides strategic and operational leadership for all facility, utility, and infrastructure systems that enable continuous plant operations across a 2.6 million square foot footprint. This role establishes the long-term direction for facilities reliability and sustainability while ensuring daily execution through effective planning, staffing, budgeting, and performance management of a 50–60 person, multi-shift organization. Responsibilities include developing and controlling both expense and capital investment plans, building workforce capability and coverage across five shifts, ensuring a strong safety culture, and leading initiatives that reduce energy consumption and operating risk.
