Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow ITSM Development

  • Configure, customize, and enhance ITSM modules:Incident, Problem, Change, RequestCMDB & DiscoveryKnowledge & Service CatalogSLAs, UI Policies, Client/Server Scripts
  • Build workflows and automation using Flow Designer, business rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and ACLs.
  • Develop service catalog items, record producers, and fulfillment workflows.
  • Create dashboards, Performance Analytics metrics, and ITSM reporting.

    • ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) Development

  • Develop and configure SPM capabilities across:Project Portfolio Management (PPM)Demand ManagementProject/Agile ManagementResource ManagementRoadmapping & Portfolio PlanningTime Cards & Financial Planning (if applicable)
