Job Description
The Archaeologist will primarily support the Section 106 component of environmental reviews associated with HUD Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) and Community Development Block Grant Disaster Mitigation (CDBG-MIT) funding. The position collaborates with team members across multiple projects and supports timely, compliant delivery of client goals.
Job Duties
Works in a team environment to implement strategies, processes, and solutions in support of client program objectivesManages project workflows and deliverables to meet client goals, timelines, and quality expectationsSupports and/or performs NEPA environmental reviews, with emphasis on Section 106 compliance as it pertains to archaeology for HUD CDBG-DR/CDBG-MIT projectsReviews and revises Section 106 documentation and supporting materials related to archaeological resources as requiredConducts research and prepares SHPO consulta...
