Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage, plan and schedule preventive and autonomous maintenance for all plant process equipment. ·
- Ensure all equipment are in ready to run mode with the highest Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) achievable and quality output.
- Ensure all equipment runs efficiently with minimal unscheduled downtime.
- Ensure all utility usage is at its optimal level while not compromising quality and efficiency.
- Establish and maintain all maintenance expenses and ensure it is within budget.
- Provide guidance in technical know-how of all equipment, troubleshooting and process flow.
- Lead and guide all process and machinery improvement.
- Study and lead all process-related projects, modifications and process improvement.
- Accountable for project cost and manage CAPEX to maximize cost-efficiency.
