About The Role

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our team, reporting to the Senior Director / VP, Engineering or Operations. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership across engineering activities, ensuring safe, reliable and innovative solutions that support operational excellence and long-term project success.

Working closely with operations, project teams, technical specialists and executive leadership, you will shape engineering direction, strengthen performance, and foster continuous improvement. Your leadership will help create value through collaboration, technical excellence and responsible development.
