Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare Maintenance Budget and Annual Maintenance Plans.
• Create CAPEX plan in consultation with HODs and submit for approval.
• Lead and coach the maintenance team.
• Supervise Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation Engineers.
• Ensure Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance of all plants.
• Manage maintenance of Infrastructure, Boiler, Electrical, Utilities, and Control Systems.
• Plan and manage inventory; specify parts/equipment and conduct technical evaluation of offers.
• Ensure continued compliance to standards and maintain relevant certifications.
• Handle statutory compliances and liaison with IBR, PESO, Electrical Inspector, etc.
• Oversee work distribution, team performance monitoring, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Provide assistance in projects, inventory control, procurement of plant & machinery.
