Job Description
The Employee Relations Manager is responsible for providing centralized ER support through advising and conducting workplace investigations on behalf of the enterprise. While conducting workplace investigations, the ER Manager will engage with business leaders, HR, Legal and other key stakeholders to make recommendations on outcomes.This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or other non-Best Buy location.
