Role Overview
We’re looking for a high-agency doctor to work as an EIR in PW’s Medical Education vertical. This role is built for someone who can operate like a mini-founder: identify high-impact opportunities, build 0→1 academic/product/growth initiatives, and drive measurable student outcomes at scale across UG MBBS, NEET PG, FMGE, and INI-CET.
What You’ll Do
0→1 Programs & Products:
Take ideas from concept to MVP—define the problem, solution, scope, timelines, and execution plan with Tech + Content teams.
Academic Excellence:
Build/upgrade content structures, clinical relevance, exam alignment, and quality benchmarks; use feedback + data to iterate fast.
