Job Summary
- To drive and implement EHS programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and KPIs.
- Developing, leading, and promoting a proactive EHS culture across the organization that supports the intended outcomes of the EHSMS, emphasizing continuous improvement and the consultation and participation of all workers.
- Taking responsibility and accountability for ensuring electrical safety before release to use.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of EHS management systems, awareness initiatives, data reporting, and risk management across global and regional operations.
- Regularly reporting on EHS performance, including electrical safety metrics to relevant stakeholders.
- Communicating the importance of the EHS Management System (EHSMS) and its requirements to all workers through EHS activities, programs, and comprehensive training.
