**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ **Serve as a critical business partner & drive a consistent strategic vision for EHS** **across MSS India** **organization.**
+ Align with MSol Global EHS & AP EHS strategies, initiatives, systems & expectations to drive safety awareness, engagement, and incident prevention.
+ Partner with leadership to integrate health and safety programs, activities & routines providing EHS leadership, expertise & guidance necessary to elevate the Safety culture of the organization.
+ **Oversee the development, implementation, and application of effective EHS program at Emerson Suppliers.**
+ Directs incident investigation process using root-cause analyses tools (e.g., Fault Tree Analysis, FMEA) to identify countermeasures and follow to closure.
+ Review organization, regulatory and customer EHS requirements and lead actions to confirm compliance as needed.
