Job Description
:

• Manage MR.DIY online sales in all digital sales channels.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention and growth through digital marketing.
• Ensure accurate, complete and timely execution of all configuration and administration relating to merchandising, product catalogues, campaigns and customers.
• Activates the right business drivers by drawing conclusions from specific eCommerce KPI's
• Manage digital content and web assets to provide the best customer journey experience.
• Work closely with the technology team to improve usability, design, content and conversion of the online site; formulate plans to adjust / improve where necessary for maximum gains.
• Manage vendors and technical teams to build and deliver the digital assets strategic roadmap in time and within budget.
