BDO Canada is hiring a Manager, Dynamics 365 F&O Consulting to join our fast‑paced, growing consulting practice. The role can be based anywhere in Canada and will focus on leading Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Talent : Support recruitment, mentor and coach team members, plan utilization, and ensure staff have the necessary skills.
  • Engagements : Act as trusted advisor to clients and BDO project teams, manage multiple engagements against budget, timeline, and scope, monitor vendor relationships, lead action‑planning meetings, serve as escalation contact, build client relationships, analyze business needs, and streamline processes.
  • Operations : Deliver high‑quality operations, continually improve tools and procedures, and track key performance indicators.
