Responsibilities

  • Represent functional interests of In‑Flight Service at varied scheduled meetings, including those involving new products and services.
  • Provide technical support on internal and external quality issues for assigned products.
  • Work with Cabin Crew Managers to operationally support front‑line staff and ensure compliance with the Official Languages Act.
  • Manage, track, and identify delay trends and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Generate reports for the General Manager, In‑Flight Service Operations and Senior Director, In‑Flight Service Operations Excellence.
  • Provide leadership and direction to Cabin Crew Managers.
