Manager – Digital Analytics
General Purpose:As a Manager – Digital Analytics at adidas EM eCom, you will own the analytics strategy for digital storefronts across web and app, ensuring data-driven decisions that enhance consumer experience and drive business growth. This role is highly hands-on and requires strong technical expertise combined with leadership skills to manage a small team and deliver actionable insights.
You will partner closely with Marketing, CX, Digital Merchandising, Digital Activation, and market teams to provide robust reporting, KPI steering, and advanced analytics. Your work will directly influence how consumers interact with our platforms, optimize conversion funnels, and improve overall performance.
