Function: Engineering & Technology – Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Energy Storage
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Manger – D&E (BESS) to lead the design, engineering,
and deployment of Battery Energy Storage Systems for C&I customers. The role
focuses on behind-the-meter applications such as peak shaving, solar + storage hybrid
systems, DG optimization, backup power, and microgrids. The ideal candidate
combines strong technical depth with customer-facing solutioning experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead engineering and solution design for C&I BESS applications: peak shaving,
tariff optimization, reliability, and hybrid systems (typically 100kwh to 10mwh)
installed at factories, commercial sites.
• Develop technical proposals, feasibility studies, load and tariff models, system
sizing, and dispatch strategies.
