The role sits in the Development and Building Control (Road) division, under the Traffic & Road Operations Group. DBC(Road) division is responsible for regulating development submissions in our built environment. This is a strategic role that combines operational excellence with innovation leadership, focusing on transforming how we manage geospatial data and deliver services through digitalisation and AI integration.
(What you will be working on)
Strategic Geospatial Data Management and Coordination - Lead the management of geospatial data and systems, coordinating with key stakeholders including Singapore Land Authority (SLA) and other government agencies. Oversee the updating and maintenance of critical infrastructure datasets (car parking and road networks), ensuring data quality and compliance with whole-of-government geospatial standards. Manage temporary staff and contractors while building internal capabilities for long-term sustainability.
