Job Description
What you'll do:
+ Develop and set departmental goals with AVP of Demand and Fulfillment
+ Execute the business strategy for the Demand and Fulfillment Department
+ Work cross functionally with DFMs to align/achieve shared objectives
+ Manage/support a team of high-performing Demand and Fulfillment Planners who are responsible for overseeing all daily functions relating to ordering, forecast validation, replenishment approach, distribution, product lifecycle, stocking strategies to support inventory targets, exception management, resolving store and warehouse in-stock issues
+ Accountable for identifying opportunities for continues improvement including enhancements and implementation
+ Responsible for the replacement and on-boarding of new Team members, ensuring that appropriate training and support is provided
+ Collaborate with the Merchant and Planning Teams to deliver key performance metrics
