Manager, Data Science

We're hiring a Manager, Data Scientist to build brand‑new data infrastructure and advances analytics that power smarter, more efficient model development and operational processes. If you love embedding machine learning and AI into day-to-day workflows, creating automated pipelines, structuring clean, model‑ready data, improving accuracy, and enabling teams to focus on higher‑value decisions, this role is for you. You will work closely with model developers (without owning modeling yourself), with room to grow into model development over time. We're looking for strong skills in Python, SQL, SAS tools, and the Microsoft suite, plus the ability to communicate insights clearly to both teams and executives. This role is ideal if you are self‑driven, innovative, and excited to build solutions from the ground up using your Computer Science background and programming expertise.
