In your day-to-day role as aDecision Science manager,your responsibilities include:

  • Lead and guide a team of data scientists in developing and executing fraud prevention strategies through advanced detection models and algorithms.
  • Own a business domain and lead data-driven risk management strategies to support PayPal’s global business objectives
  • Track and evaluate the performance of fraud detection systems against key KPIs and business goals, ensuring alignment with broader organizational priorities.
  • Tackle complex, ambiguous business problems on fraud domain, driving the planning and execution of long-term projects from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with product and platform teams to create scalable, secure, and innovative products that enhance the experience for our global customers.
