Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
- Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of data migration from SAP ECC and legacy systems to SAP SuccessFactors.
- Drive data validation, quality assurance, and transformation activities to deliver accurate and complete datasets for core HR, talent, payroll, and related modules.
- Establish data governance standards and sustainable processes to maintain data integrity in the new HCMS environment.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Lead the data migration lifecycle, including extraction, cleansing, mapping, transformation, validation, and loading (ETL) of HR data from SAP ECC to SAP SuccessFactors.
- Establish and enforce data quality standards, validation rules, and reconciliation protocols to ensure accuracy and completeness at every stage of migration.
