Manager, Data and Analytics

The Manager, Data and Analytics leads the business analytics practice and plans and implements the strategy, to help build new capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and lead execution of innovative projects

  • Manage the Data and Analytics function

  • Develop and implement a roadmap for a data driven operating model

  • Communicate insights to key and non-technical group of partners and senior leaders

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand and analyze business needs and goals

  • Develop and execute the data and analytics platform strategy

  • Improve architecture to enable advanced analytics, AI, Machine Learning

  • Champion data governance, data advocacy, and master data programs to enhance data value in the organization
