**About Your Role:**
As a **Data & Analytics Manager** at Dollar Tree’s Corporate Office, you’ll define business needs and use analytics as an enabler to deliver measurable business value. You’ll help shape and optimize next-generation enterprise performance through advanced analytics and data-driven insights. With your leadership, you’ll ensure our analytics capabilities directly inform strategy and execution across multiple business functions.
