The Customer Experience Manager, Prestige Customers (CXM Prestige, CXO) is responsible for strategically managing and promoting high-level customer experience initiatives for the resort’s most valuable customer segment: Prestige customers. Prestige customers expect personalized, exclusive, and seamless experiences across all resort touchpoints at both properties.
