In this role, you will:
  • Leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge to move initiatives forward

  • Drive policy changes and enhancements in order to facilitate the development of risk-reward strategies that will drive growth in assets, revenue and/or profitability for the Business Banking portfolio while maintaining an optimal risk-reward balance

  • Identify growth opportunities that fit within the optimal risk/reward balance and make recommendations to Senior Management on initiatives to implement

  • Manage the implementation of initiatives, working with key stakeholders on recommendations, approvals and communications in order to meet P&L goals

  • Monitor Risk KPI metrics to identify issues and opportunities in order to maximize revenue and grow profitable market share for the Business Banking segment
