Summary You will serve as a MANAGER in the Corporate Operations Department (10), Security Division (105) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-06 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-14 and GS-15. Responsibilities You will serve as Division Manager, providing supervisory oversight, technical leadership, and strategic direction for employees within the Security Division, ensuring the effective and efficient execution of all security functions. You will develop, implement, and manage policies and procedures for the following security programs: physical, operations, information, personnel, industrial, and Anti-terrorism/Force Protection.
