Job Summary

The Manager, Corporate Office Operations is responsible for overall performance, experience, and operational management of Staples Canada’s Corporate Head Office. The role ensures the office environment is operationally efficient, aligned to hybrid workplace strategies, well‑maintained, and supportive of employee experience and corporate culture. The role leads facilities operations, move management, workplace planning, and event execution in collaboration with Internal Communications, HR, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Office Operations – coach and develop direct reports while ensuring service standards, timely responses, and smooth day‑to‑day building operations.
