Our client, a leading Australian consumer and media-focused organisation is seeking a manager to join its Strategy and Corporate Development team. Reporting to the Head of M&A and Investments, this role supports the sourcing, evaluation and execution of mergers, acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures and venture capital investments. The position also offers exposure to strategy development.

The role will involve assessing a broad range of opportunities, from start-ups and early-stage companies through to mature businesses. The successful candidate will be expected to methodically analyse information, develop clear investment insights and contribute to decision-making under conditions of uncertainty and time pressure. This position suits someone who combines strong financial skills with intellectual curiosity and an interest in evolving business models.
