<p>Manager - Compliances/Operations - IR - AIF 3 and offshore fund </p><p><br/></p><p>We are looking to hire people who could perform at least 2-3 of the functions below. P<b>lease note this is a <u><b>NO work from home</b></u> role.</b><br/><br/>1. Compliances: Compliance/audit of AIF 3 and investment advisory.<br/><br/>2. Operations/NAV: Shadow accounting, reconciliation and approvals of NAVs of AIF 3 and for the offshore Fund<br/><br/>3. Accounting: Clearing Invoices of AIF 3, coordinating with service providers for smooth running of AIF 3, coordinating for audit of AIF 3 and for the offshore fund.<br/><br/>4. IR: Updating and providing performance updates, presentations, attributions, holdings and other data to investors of AIF 3 and addressing their queries. At times providing the same for offshore fund catering to institutional investors.<br/><br/>5....
