Job Summary
Assists in the overall development, management, implementation and oversight of one or more Corewell Health Compliance Department Centers of Expertise (COEs).

+ Assists in the overall development, management, implementation and oversight of one or more Corewell Health Compliance Department Centers of Expertise (COEs).
+ Manages the team members assigned to the COE(s). Assumes accountability for the team’s deliverables, ensuring the achievement of team goals and objectives in addition to individual goals and objectives. Completes performance reviews, recommends and initiates personnel actions such as interviewing, hiring, performance correction and terminations.
