About the Opportunity
- Develop and manage fair, competitive, and transparent compensation strategies
- Maintain salary structures, policies, and market competitiveness
- Partner with HR and hiring teams to ensure equitable pay and offers
- Ensure compliance with pay equity and transparency laws
- Oversee annual salary, bonus, and incentive processes
- Support job evaluation, classification, and consistent titling
- Analyze market data to guide compensation decisions
- Manage vendor relationships and benefits alignment
- Communicate and educate teams on total rewards programs
About You
- 3+ years of experience working within Compensation, including expertise with variable pay, offer letters, bonus modelling, base pay, compensation ratios, and On-target-earnings (OTE)
- Advanced Excel skills are required
