Position Summary

Northern Health is seeking an experienced manager to join our Community Services department. The Manager, Community Services leads the implementation of strategic objectives and operational plans to provide effective and efficient delivery of community services that meet NH's policies and health priorities. The role is responsible for providing leadership to the planning, delivery, and evaluation of services. The Manager ensures the use of best practice to provide competent, safe, and ethical care for people and their families in settings such as physician practices, homes, schools, and communities. The Manager also delivers, plans, organizes and evaluates services for the assigned portfolio, including the overall management of operating systems, clinical activities, education and quality improvement in a variety of service areas such as Primary Care Interprofessional Teams, Mental Health and Substance Abuse, Home Care Nursing, Community Rehabilitation,...
