• Review of Internal Test records
• Review of Platform Acceptance Test protocols
• Update the status report on FAT, HAT & PAT in the progress meeting
• Leads, directs and supervise a team of engineers in preparation of commissioning of shipboard equipment ensuring the entire responsibility for the completion on schedule in accordance to the protocols.
• Establish and continuous monitoring of Commissioning/ HAT Plan, based on master project schedule.
• Manage resource planning and technical advice for the QA commissioning Team.
• Manage work safety, assigned jobs, risk assessment and productivity of the Commission Team and manage the commissioning job scope with supplier/ OEM within budgeted Man Hours
