Manager Commercial

Responsibilities

• Responsible in tender/ proposal registration, coordination, preparation, compilation of document for submission.
• Assisting for pre and post tender/ project inquiry, evaluation of tender preparation for tender submission including budgeting i.e; Bill of Quantity, cost estimation, project timeframe.
• Assist in preliminary financial modelling, analyze and optimize technical and commercial assumptions, coordinate peers for detailed financial analysis and project economic modelling.
• Lead in handling document for project registration with IRB, CIDB and any other related applications required.
• Assist in transactions from end-to-end, including deal sourcing, research, deal evaluation financial analysis, negotiations and deal execution for letter of award/ sales contract/ purchase order.
