Your Role
CommercialOperationsManager willmanagedaily operations of assigned network(s)and staffwith accountability for producing quality product with minimal discrepancies and maximum revenue retention.Provide local leadership, support,andexpertisefor the team whileacting asthe primaryliaisonbetween offices.
Your Role Accountabilities
Manage daily operations of assigned network(s)including/not limited to: Inventoryoversight, logproduction and QC,issue resolution (sales, programming, promo,etc)
Ensure process and workflowcompliance
Responsible for ensuring all network tasks areassigned,coveredand/or completed
Primary point of contact for sales, P&P, Programming, Broadcast, and O&O
Manage Non-Exempt Staff (Direct Reports)
Monitor performance and output, providing support, direction and intervention when needed
Act as a resource for staff, providingtraining, skill development,coachingand feedback
