About this opportunity

A Clinical Manager is responsible for managing and improving their area of responsibility with excellence by supervising, coaching, motivating and establishing the direction for the Clinical Staff team in the Yokohama Treat. This employee must demonstrate ability to provide clinical leadership to the group of Clinical Staff independently, and should demonstrate skills and desire to be a leader to all Align employees. This position should work closely with the Clinical Staff, providing ideas for improvement in the Clinical Group and the production. Close working relationship with Managers from other departments in search of opportunities for improvement will be an important part of the Clinical Manager role.
