Synopsis of the role
The Manager, Change Enablement is responsible for creating and leading the execution of end-to-end Change Enablement plans and programs that will be instrumental in preparing leaders and employees to embrace and adopt changes resulting from various significant organizational initiatives.
What You’ll do
- Conduct change enablement assessments and build plans to support ongoing business changes in our organization.
- Conduct and coordinate the activities required in the change enablement plan, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, readiness tracking, knowledge transfer and various forms of learning and education.
- Proactively identify resistance risks and develop solutions to address; partnering with senior leadership to eliminate barriers to change.
