**Job Summary**



The **Dispatch Manager** is a manager level position and is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the centralized dispatch. This position ensures success by establishing and maintaining performance and productivity metrics and cost management processes. Reviews operational efficiencies, safety, service, and other operational problems with the sales, customer service, and operations functions in order to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.



**Location:** This role is considered a remote position. The successful candidate **must live in Canada** in either the province of **Alberta** or **Ontario** and be within 1 hr of a WM office.
