Role Overview

Reporting to the General Manager of Good Spirit Housing Authority, this management position supervises approximately 9 direct reports and oversees the capital asset plan, contract and vendor management, procurement, and maintenance for a portfolio of more than 600 units across Melville, Yorkton and Canora.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop capital asset plans, identifying short- and long-term budgets through effective planning, forecasting, and monitoring capital needs.
  • Develop preventative maintenance plans, overseeing tendering, contract management, procurement, and general insurance.
  • Develop a life cost estimate of all properties, prioritizing portfolio improvements to ensure sustainability and safety standards.
  • Ensure the capital asset planning model is current and aligned to Saskatchewan Housing Corporation’s capital asset plan.
