Your Opportunity:

Reporting to Director IT - Provincial Workforce Systems, Health Shared Services (HSS) is seeking an experienced and collaborative IT Manager, Clinical Workforce Systems, to lead a team of technology professionals in developing, delivering, and supporting workforce scheduling solutions for HSS, AHS, its partners, and the Refocus Alberta agencies. This role involves engaging in projects, coordinating with key stakeholders, and leading a team of developers and systems analysts—many of whom are unionized employees.
The successful candidate will work closely with business partners to ensure workforce management solutions effectively align with organizational objectives. This includes overseeing the development, implementation, and continuous optimization of the MySchedule Workforce Management (WFM) system and related initiatives.
