Role Expectations
As Business Excellence Manager – Argentina, you will play a key role in transforming BEX into a strategic business partner for the affiliate.
- Lead the Business Excellence transformation in Argentina
- Define and implement the roadmap to strengthen BEX capabilities in Argentina.
- Translate business priorities into concrete BEX initiatives, tools, processes and performance routines.
- Act as a key partner for Sales, Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Finance, Supply Chain and Digital teams.
- Ensure BEX is positioned as a business enabler, supporting decision‑making, execution and performance management.
- Build a clear governance model to prioritize initiatives, monitor progress and ensure accountability.
- Strengthen Sales Force Effectiveness and commercial execution
- Support the evolution of targeting, segmentation, field force planning and performance monitoring.
