Job Purpose:
Responsible for formulating and executing a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the organization's objectives. This role focuses on expanding market presence, and cultivating strategic partnerships, all while ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards.
Job Responsibilities:
Serve within the Industrial & Logistics Development Division (ILD) under Township Development, supporting the company's industrial asset growth objectives.
Report directly to the Head of Business Development.
Execute the recurring income strategy through industrial leasing initiatives.
Drive leasing activities for industrial assets including prospecting, client engagement, lead qualification, negotiations, and deal closure to maximize occupancy, revenue generation, and long-term value creation.
