Work Flexibility: HybridBuilds and maintains a relationship with key stakeholders, seeking to understand stakeholder needs and expectations and how and when to best engage them Communicates and seeks input proactively upfront incl leveraging business understanding to provide stakeholders alternative perspectives and to build credibility and trust & speaks up and report to directly Commercial and/or Finance Management when information / data seems incorrect or when non-compliance behaviors could be a risk Partner with Finance Controller to implement accounting guidelines and internal controls to ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines.
