Review customer drawings and confirm manufacturability.
Plan and manage component development/procurement with vendors to meet time, cost, and quality targets.
Prepare CIR, float RFQs, and ensure timely vendor onboarding.
Conduct vendor analysis, capacity assessment, and finalize time frames.
Ensure material and tooling costs remain within budget.
Support cost estimation and detailed component costing.
Coordinate with program teams to ensure first-time-right execution.
Track and analyze variances in Quality, Cost, and Delivery; implement corrective actions.
Drive cost‑reduction initiatives.
Assess and negotiate tooling/investment requirements for part development.
Support vendor selection as per pricing cell guidelines.
Achieve MRD (Material Receipt Date) targets.
